Let this be my invitation to you to join us on this Trans World Radio Tour of Europe. I will be teaching along with Lauren Libby, the President of this remarkable organization.
We will be visiting some of the most historic cities in Europe such as Vienna, Prague and Berlin. But even more significant, 2017 is the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation and so we will be in Wittenberg where Luther nailed his 95 theses to the door of the Castle Church (a structure which is still standing today!) and we will visit the monastery in Eurfurt where he lived as a monk and took his vows.
And, then you will be thrilled as we go up the stairs to the Wartburg Castle where Luther lived in hiding for 10 months and where he supposedly threw an inkwell at the devil! (I will share my version of what I think happened there!). On about a half dozen occasions I have led tours to the sites of the Reformation in Europe and each time I return renewed in my commitment to “contend for the faith once delivered to the saints.”
And, don’t forget, we will also visit some of the offices of Trans World radio and learn how God used the vision and the faith of one man to begin a world-wide ministry that today introduces millions of people to the Gospel.
As you can see our itinerary is filled with travel, sight-seeing along with a few times of relaxation. I promise you will make new friends that you will continue to connect with long after the tour is over.
Read the details and I hope to see you this June!!
