7 Reasons to Tour the Holy Land

Join us on a journey of a lifetime to the Holy Land

Is deepening your Christian experience one of your goals this year? Walking in the footsteps of Jesus and encountering God’s Word in the Holy Land is a beautiful way to realize your goal! Here are seven ways our in-depth Christian Holy Land tours will leave you feeling refreshed in your faith:

1. Walk Where Jesus Walked

Be amazed, as you visit a variety of destinations including Mt. of Olives, Sea of Galilee, the site of Jesus baptism, Nazareth, Jericho, the Garden tomb, Jerusalem and many more!  Journey through the remains of the Galilean towns where Jesus taught and performed his miracles. Imagine yourself on the Mount of Beatitudes listening to the Messiah give His Sermon on the Mount. Make your way through the streets of Jerusalem and reflect on the sacrifice He gave in this city that changed the world. You will visit amazing places where Jesus walked, was baptized, hung on a cross, convicted and born. Experiencing the very paths of Jesus was thrilling for Shari. Here is what she experienced:

Thank you for making this trip to Israel an enlightening experience. Not only did the trip increase my knowledge of the Bible and ancient history, it had a profound impact on my beliefs about and understanding of Christianity. Prior to the trip, my beliefs were primarily based on blind faith. However, I’ve returned with a softened heart and sharpened mind, both of which have opened the door to Christ. ~Shari D

2. Visit Historic Bible Locations

Our Jordan and Israel tours bring life and meaning to your favorite Bible passages. Experience marvelous destinations, monuments, attractions, and natural wonders including thousands-of-years of history, culture, religions, and civilizations. We are thrilled to share these sites with you. Many of our visits are newly documented by archaeologists – not just the traditional sites created by man. You will see where Joshua crossed into the Promised Land, where Moses stood and looked into The Land, where Elijah was swept up to heaven, Petra plus so much more!  Monica was thrilled with the historic locations she experienced on her journey through Israel’s Holy Land:

It’s been about a month since I returned from Israel, so it is way past time to thank you for putting together a true trip of a lifetime! It was all and more than I expected … and I have about 500 photos to prove it. And Roman was a fantastic guide! He was a wealth of knowledge — biblical, messianic, archaeological, historical, cultural…he gave us all some new and exciting perspectives! ~Monica H.

3. Enjoy Unique Experiences

Explore the Holy Land in a unique and hands-on way with adventures such as our Dig-for-a-Day program where we dig, sift, and examine pottery. The adventurous among us can do some exciting exploration of unexcavated cave systems that are accessed through leather straps.  Maybe you would enjoy a helicopter ride over the unique environment, affording fantastic views of the rare crater-like landscape. How about a dip in the mud? We also visit Ein Gedi and the Dead Sea. Enjoy a nice float and coat yourself in the natural mud at the bottom of the mineral rich lake. Christian visitors touring the Holy Land will not be disappointed with the ample supply of activities, both physical and spiritual!

4. In-Depth Bible Study

A highly qualified Bible teacher will provide insight and teaching as you travel through the Holy Land. We guarantee our speakers will bring a new perspective to your existing insight of the Old and New Testament. Here are our exceptional speakers for 2017:

Paul Van Noy is the founding pastor of Candlelight Christian Fellowship in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He is an expository style teaching pastor and he teaches the Bible through a clear and understandable dispensational hermeneutic. His weekly verse-by-verse Bible studies are enjoyed by both the members of Candlelight Christian Fellowship as well as by many across the country via DVD, the internet, and radio broadcasting. Paul is President of the Ministerial Association for the City of Coeur d’Alene, community event coordinator, author, conference speaker, and most importantly, a servant of Jesus Christ. Many say Paul is the go to guy for grace-oriented Theology.

Bryan Parish has been Senior Pastor at Calvary Chapel La Mirada since 1985 and Mission Calvary since 2015. Bryan graduated from Biola University in 1985 with a B.S. Degree in Bible. In 1995, he received his masters’ degree in Divinity from Talbot Theological Seminary. Bryan teaches at the Calvary Chapel La Mirada Bible Ministry School and has taught at Calvary Chapel Bible College at Murrieta Hot Springs. He has also taught at Calvary Chapel Bible College extension campuses at Downey and South Bay.

Dr. Frank Turek is a dynamic speaker and award-winning author & coauthor of four books: Stealing from God:  Why Atheists Need God to make their Case, I Don’t Have Enough Faith to be an Atheist, Correct, Not Politically Correct and Legislating Morality. As the President of CrossExamined.org, Frank presents powerful and entertaining evidence for Christianity at churches, high schools and at secular college campuses that often begin hostile to his message. He has also debated several prominent atheists, including Christopher Hitchens and David Silverman, president of American Atheists.

5. Uplifting Christian Fellowship

You will share inspiring fellowship with other Christian believers. You may choose to visit Bethany, where we end our day at the quiet and reflective Garden Tomb to share communion together. As with all of our tours, the gathering of Christian believers who travel and learn together, will make this exciting and unique adventure.

I also want to thank you for the prayer time we had together.  That was very special for me and I have no doubt God heard our prayers. I enjoyed this tour so much, that I’d like to do it again sometime, maybe in the Spring season. PS…our group enjoyed each others’ company so much that we are having a reunion party coming up on Monday the 21st! ~Janet

6. Elegant, Relaxing, and Prestigious Accommodations

Luxuriate in top-rated beach-side hotels with spectacular views. Every detail is considered when making your stay memorable. The hotels are modern, clean, and beautifully appointed. Your experience has been designed in impressive detail, with every item carefully selected to provide maximum pampering and comfort, fulfilling the needs and desires of all guests. Look for spas, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, saunas, fitness rooms, and massages. Enjoy rich regional gourmet food in each location.

I love to travel but this tour was the adventure of a lifetime. Everything was first class: the hotels, the ship, the food, the guides and the teaching. ~Anonymous
