Your Travel Experience Package Includes:
Your tour cost of $3,899 is per person, sharing a double room (single pricing available) and it includes all accommodations, transfers, touring, in-depth Biblical teachings and hosting by Pastor Bryan and Jim Harris, the services of an archaeological, geological, and cultural tour guide, amazing dinners and all meals except 4 lunches. The tour also includes some tips, special entry fees, and all associated taxes, the current fees, and current fuel surcharges.
Traveling Single:
We match roommates! If you are a single person or traveling alone, we do have others who would like to travel with us without paying the single supplement. We assign roommates approximately 2 weeks prior to departure. We cannot guarantee it, but it has worked well for many.
Please note:
- If you would like to fly from Boise, please add an additional $395 per person.
- If you would like to fly from Bozeman and you are booking after 9/14/2022, please add an additional $680 per person.
- There is a credit card price and a cash/check price for the tour. You may, if you wish, make your deposit and insurance premium payment by credit card and pay the balance by check. If you choose to do this, we will apply the cash discount to your full cost. The non-refundable deposit amount is $450 with the final payment due on Feb 24, 2023.
- If you want to travel alone, as a single in a private room, the single supplement will apply. The price for a private room (with single supplement) and including airfare from Bozeman is $4,699.
- If you prefer to fly in business class or arrange your own air, we will apply a credit of $1,210 per person. Read the terms and conditions so you know what time to schedule your flight arrival and departure.
- All airline schedules are subject to change.
- Tips will be collected upfront with your final payment. Tour tips are a total of $295 per person.
