Whats Included:

Israel-Only Pricing 

Includes 9 nights hotel accommodations, all teachings, tours, entrance fees, private bus, and all meals (with the exception of 3 lunches). A carefully planned, all-inclusive itinerary in hand-selected, boutique hotels that are perfectly positioned to maximize both fellowship and convenience, without undue driving or excessive transportation time, it also includes the Israel visa and airport transportation if you opt to take the optional air program, or you may choose to be at the airport prior to our arrival and depart when we do. Otherwise, you have the option to provide your own transportation in order to depart later. Pricing also includes all guides and opportunities for new sights/sites and expanded, teaching opportunities as they arise. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended and is available at an additional cost. All hotels are 3-4** star, but, again, they are selected due to their unique location and ambiance that supports the mission of our teaching tours and desired times of quality fellowship.  

The optional air program offered is currently on United Airlines, but, as always, airline details are subject to change. We are not an agent of United Airlines; we have only determined that this schedule is best suited for your group. Pricing for the tour is $4,799 per person, based on two people sharing one room. We can match roommates if you are traveling alone. (We have had good success previously, but there is no guarantee) or you may opt to pay a single price of $5,958 and have a private room. The air add-on from Newark is $1,260 per person, and you would currently obtain your own tickets from your home airport.  At the time of printing of this brochure, there is round-trip air pricing from St. Louis of $318 per person from St. Louis, but, again, this is always subject to change.  Tips are pre-collected, in advance, and due with your final payment.

Optional Mount Sinai/Arabia Extension  (priced only to be in conjunction with the Israel tour)

4-Night/5-Day Four-wheel-drive, exclusive expedition. This is not a bus tour.  The below price includes all meals, all non-alcoholic beverages, all hotels—4* hotels throughout—the intimate and unique settings for meals and experiences, transportation within Saudi Arabia on desert-retrofitted Land Cruisers, local experts on Midian and Sinai, permits and licenses, highest-quality, Biblical guiding and information and teachings provided on the Exodus within Saudi Arabia and everything that you will need in order to travel to the most intriguing locations for Biblical history that are available to us right now!  Pricing is $2,999 per person, based on two people sharing one room.  We can match roommates if you are traveling alone. We have good success but there is no guarantee. Or you may opt to pay a single room price of $3,455 and have a private room.  The air add-on from Newark is $1,790 per person, and you would currently obtain your own tickets from your home airport.  At the time of brochure printing, there is round-trip air pricing from St. Louis of $318 per person from St. Louis, but, again, this is always subject to change.  In addition to the cost of the expedition, there is an optional, overnight camping trip at the base of Mount Sinai that is $650 per person.  Tips are pre-collected, in advance, and due with your final payment.

Important for Acceptance into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

In the past years travel to the Kingdom was not allowed with Israeli stamps in your passport. That is no longer the case as of today.

Be advised that you will be fingerprinted and undergo a retinal scan upon arrival in the country.

The country is undergoing a remarkable restoration and we cannot predict if a site might be under construction. Be sure to study the artificial intelligence-operated area called NEOM. Our travels will take us into the middle area of it.

Important Travel Details:

The trip is not considered “active” unless it is something you want to participate in. Most of the sights in Saudi Arabia are within steps of your Land Cruiser, but if you do want to participate in an activity, there are opportunities on two of the Saudi expedition days. If you are not looking for activity, just know that walking is on fairly normal surfaces. You do not need to climb up Mount Sinai or sit inside the Split Rock of Horeb to enjoy the sites. If you desire to climb Mount Sinai, you must take the overnight camping option. Everyone can participate and have the option of camping at the base of Jabal al-Lawz. Those who don’t wish to camp will return to this Red Sea hotel that night. All the services meet our high standards, and you will be very comfortable and well pleased.

Traveling Single:

We match roommates! If you are a single person or traveling alone, we do have others who would like to travel with us without paying the single supplement. We assign roommates approximately 2 weeks prior to departure. We cannot guarantee it, but it has worked well for many. Learn more here.

Please note:

• There is a credit card price and a discounted price when paying cash/check for the cruise. You may, if you wish, make your deposit and insurance premium payment by credit card and pay the balance by check. If you choose to do this, we will apply the cash discount to your full cost.
• Transfers are not included unless you are taking our optional air program. If you make your own flight arrangements or book outside of the optional group air, you will be responsible for obtaining your transfer to and from our starting and ending destinations
