Israel, Jordan

During our time in Jordan, we will have an opportunity to walk the newly recognized site of Sodom and Gomorrah. This site is managed by the Department of Antiquities of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. While there, we will learn about its amazing proximity and the recent discoveries that have taken place. During our visit we will analyze the site both scripturally, geographically and apply the spiritual application of why now and why here?

Join Pastor Tim Remington on this exciting Christian tour which showcases the best of Israeli Biblical findings with a coveted trip to the loved city of Petra. See the finest that Israel and Jordan have to offer as we explore Biblical Archeology and the Old and New Testament while we walk where Jesus walked. While in Israel we will have the once-in-a-lifetime chance to learn from famous archaeologist Eli Shukron, as he leads us through his discovery site, the City of David. There will even be a chance to do an actual dig in the desert! The core tour is 10-days with an optional extension featuring the Apostle Paul’s life in Rome for 3-nights. The core tour starts at only $4,299 per person and includes airfare from Spokane and nights on the Dead Sea, at Petra, on the Sea of Galilee and inside the walls of the Old City of Jerusalem! The Rome extension is $1,099 per person and includes the most desired sites including the Coliseum, the Christian Catacombs, Tre Fontane, and much more. Pastor Tim Remington

Senior Pastor, Altar Church
Coeur d’Alene, ID

Originally from Riverside, CA, Pastor Tim moved to Northern Idaho and began his work with the people who are ignored, those who have problems with drugs, alcohol, and perversion. In 1985, Tim and Cindy began taking people into their home to help them. This practice grew into their Mentor Home Ministry and Good Samaritan Rehabilitation.

As senior pastor at the Altar Church in Coeur d’Alene, Tim is a favorite teacher and has won numerous awards, including the annual Idaho Chooses Life “Friend for Life” Award. It is given to people who have made extraordinary contributions to the defense of preborn children. We are grateful for their leadership and commitment to the Gospel of Life.

“Cindy and I have been blessed with four children. My love is my family and my Lord. My passion is to worship; my desire is to show the joy of the Lord to others in all that I do.”

Recently, Pastor Tim has been most remembered by the community as the miracle Pastor who, by the grace of God, survived multiple gunshot wounds from a gunman who attacked Tim in his church parking lot. Rather than hate his attacker, Pastor Tim and his church pray for him in hopes he will find Jesus. “People just wrote us, baskets and baskets of letters from people who were praying for us and people getting saved locally right here, and people around the world, just getting saved over it,”said Tim. “What God was doing even in my life. When I said that I had no animosity against the shooter, that caused a great healing in other people’s lives for some reason. The Lord just allowed that to happen.” Tim said, “God preserved me, He saved me. And it was a miracle. Absolutely a miracle.”

I loved it!  It truly was the adventure of a lifetime.  My son had a wonderful experience, too.  Thank you for making the trip kid-friendly!

Everything was wonderful, and first class. Hotels and ship were top of the line. Our Greek Orthodox guide, Sayat was fantastic. So much knowledge and history and enthusiasm! Pastor Lutzer’s teachings were much enjoyed and enlightening. Rebecca is a sweetheart.

I enjoyed this tour so much, that I’d like to do it again sometime, maybe in the Spring season. PS…our group enjoyed each others’ company so much that we are having a reunion party coming up on Monday the 21st!

To see Biblical sites in which Paul ministered as well as see sites of some of the churches of Revelation was an opportunity of a lifetime. The Bible teaching was absolutely outstanding. Of course, being on a sailing ship was delightful as well. I highly recommend a Footsteps of Paul.

1. Through the use of The Word, we trust that once…

Through the use of The Word, we trust that once you have returned from our Christian tours, you will have gained a deeper knowledge of the scriptures and the multiple layers of teaching and truths that are inside each.

Isaiah 55:11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

2. You can be assured an experience like our previous participants…

You can be assured an experience like our previous participants, who have gained an appreciation of how God uses everything for His glory and for the purpose of furthering knowledge and understanding. You will see this as you encounter the geology of the land, the geography where events actually occurred and the archaeology that may (or may not!) still exist. Furthermore, through the remaining people in the land, the practices still in place and demography that have endured.

Colossians 1:20 and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.

3. Further, our assurance is received that through The Word…

Further, our assurance is received that through The Word; the teachings you will be exposed will solidify the truth which you and your family have been taught by seeing, touching and hearing the scriptures each day. We assert and firmly believe Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

4. You and your family will experience…

You and your family will experience the oneness of the body of Christ during our trip.
