Our History

Rhonda Sand, Founder

Rhonda has traveled to Saudi Arabia from the inception of tourism in Saudi Arabia and has led well over 25 expeditions to the Biblically-relevant sites of the Exodus route between Egypt to Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Israel. Her research and findings have been utilized by numerous Bible teachers in search of the Exodus truth that is being unveiled in the regions of Midian, the Wilderness of Sinai, Al Ula, Dedan and Lihyan, Paran, Edom, Moab, Egypt and, of course, Israel itself. The knowledge that she imparts during the expeditions that she directs greatly enhance the experience for the traveler, as one can personally witness the Torah come alive before their very eyes and, literally, in stone. The scriptures come together through revealed access to geography, archeology, genealogy and hydrology, along with geology. The Living Word was brought forth at Jabal al Lawz and the ancient markings depicted there reveal the awesomeness of our God, who is always at work, everywhere.

Rhonda’s extensive background in studying the intense research of numerous experts, as well as her Middle Eastern travel over the last 40 years, have given her vast insights which she readily—and joyfully— shares.

She provides an intriguing overview as to how Yahoveh has kept Saudi closed to outsiders for these many years, and now there is what may be a window opening to these amazing sites—if only temporarily. Please consider opening the books of Exodus, Leviticus and Numbers and join us.

Rhonda has been interviewed by USA Today, Newsweek, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Christianity Today, the Economist, and more. She is a member of the Mount Sinai Arabia Research Institute and founded Living Passages. When operating in travel that is more mainstream, her company was a member of the prestigious group, Virtuoso. She continues to design and oversee her tours with a discerning eye toward the Western marketplace to areas of the world that are new and well worth visiting.

The company also has ventured into small-ship chartering to areas that Bible enthusiasts and scholars find very useful to furthering areas of research and exposure.
